Christmas Present and Create-a-calendar

I am so excited, look what I got for Christmas. It's a Bind-it-all.

This is my very first project with it. It is so easy to use and look how cute the Stampin Up 2009 Create-a-calendar works with it.

What else can I do? Hummmmmmmm

Holiday Treasures Card

This card is so simple to make and look how nice it looks.

The base of the card is Whisper White. Then I used Holiday Treasures paper cut at 3 x 5 3/8 for the top half of the card, Ridinghood Red cut at 1 1/4 x 5 3/8 for the bottom of the card.

I adhered the Holiday treasures paper to the riding hood red and attached one strip of ribbon to that. Then I took another section of ribbon and attached the ends together with a glue dot. Where the ribbon attaches together I wrapped another piece of ribbon and glue dotted it in the back. Then I attached that piece to the ribbon on the card. Finally attach the entire piece to the Whisper White. You can then add a greeting.

Candy Ornament

This is my version of the Candy Ornament.

I used Old olive 1/4 inch Grosgrain ribbon, Old Olive CS, Real Red CS, Whisper White CS. Stamped with the Dear Friend Stamp Set (one of my favorites)

This is very easy to make. I used a Dove candy in the middle instead of the York Peppermint Candy.

Present Card

Look at this cute card I made. This is not my original idea but I thought it was so cute I had to try one.

I think next time I will add a little bit of ink to the edges.

I used Riding Hood Red, Baja Breeze, Old Olive, and Whisper White card stock. The presents are made with the Riding Hood Red, and Ski Slope DSP. Can't for get that scallop edge punch and Riding Hood Red Ribbon.

Stampin' Up did a great job on these in colors.

Halloween Scrapbook Page

Candy Cane Holder

Look at what I made.

I kept trying to come up with an idea for a candy cane holder and this is what I came up with.

The original idea form Jamie Sears. She made it as a Halloween pencil holder.

But isn't it so cute as a candy cane holder?

1 box & 12 card workshop

Thank you for everyone who attend or purchased one of these kits. I promised you pictures and here they are.

Here are pictures of the cards I made changes to. Most of the changes are a small piece of paper or a ribbon. I have also added dimensional to parts of all the cards to make them more interesting. Changes were not made to the cards that are not shown they were made exactly like the insert shows.

Also, there is a piece of real red card stock in your kit the approx size is 7 inches x 3 inches. It is to be adhered to the back of the front flap of the lid. The purpose of this is to cover the ribbon ends and to make the cover stronger.

*** Note: Card number 2 (red with green tag) was created by my Aunt Shirley. She did a great job. Can we hear some applause.

Turkey Card

Look at this adorable card I just made.

I used More Mustard for the base of the card, chocolate chip for the stripe and Autumn vine Designer Series Paper from the Holiday Mini Catalog page 7. Almost forgot the Chocolate Chip ribbon.

For Mr. Turkey I used chocolate chip, really rust, and sage shadow. The turkey is made with Stampin' Up punches.

The idea came from a Stampin' Up publication.

Card from October Workshop

Big on Christmas

Frankenstein Candy Bar Wrapper

Hello again. Take a look at this cute candy bar wrapper. I CASED this cutie pie from a few different places (Splitcoaststampers and Kathy's Stamping Niche). I had to change the measurements to fit on the Kit Kat Bar.

My daughter and I will be making these for her school Halloween party.

Eastern Bloom Stamp Set

I hesitated a little on purchasing this stamp set but I am so glad I did.

Here are a few great cards you can make with the Eastern Bloom set.

The card on the left I used the new in colors: Kiwi Kiss, Baja Breeze, Tangerine Tango, and Pacific Point. I added a little bit of ribbon from my stock.

The card in the middle I used Pacific Point, Tangerine Tango and Kiwi Kiss. Ribbon is from my stock.

Card on the right I used So Saffron, tangerine tango, and Always Artichoke ( I love that name).

It is a little hard to see from the picture but I stamped the background with the small flowers in the stamp set using versamark ink (cards on the right).

I would never of thought of using these colors together myself, but I think they look great together.

I CASEd these cards from someone else. I can't remember who. If someone knows please let me know and I will update this post.

Halloween Test Tubes

Halloween is approaching quickly. Here is a great idea for a party treat.

The tubes are filled with nerds and decorated with the Batty for you stamp set. It is super cute !!!

My daughter loves them.

12 x 12 Bag

This cute little bag is made with a 12 x 12 piece of paper. It contains 8 note cards and envelopes. There is plenty of room for additional note cards and envelopes.

I made this bag for a lady I work with she is having a girl and I thought she could use it for thank you notes. I also made a blue one for another lady having a boy. I hope they like it as much as I do.

I used the Pink Pirouette Designer Series Paper and card stock along with whisper white and a little bit of pink ribbon.

The idea is not my own. This wonderful bag was originally made by the wonderfuly creative lady at Chic n Scratch. She is amazing.

My very first blog !!!!!!

This is my very first blog so it might take me awhile to get the hang of it.

I have been a Stampin Up Demonstrator for about 1 month. I had my first open house on Saturday and I am very excited because it went great !!!!!

This is one of the cards I made to show at my open house. I used the Eastern Bloom and Heard from the heart stamp set along with Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Bashful Blue, and Sahara Sand Card Stock. And a little bit of Chocolate Chip Ribbon to finish it off.
