MDS and Silly Bandz

HI!

The cutie in the picture is my son Owen, he 3 years old and all boy! His big brother has started him on the latest craze here in Columbus, Ohio. Who new that shaped rubber bands would be COOL. For those that don't know what they are the are basically rubber bands in all different shape. Any animal you can think of to sports, holiday and more. What do you do with them you ask? Collect and Trade. Yes that is it. well that is about all that the boys do with them.

Do your kids or Grandkids have them? if so what do the do with them? I would be interested in hearing what they do with them. Maybe I can give the kids an new idea.

Ok on to the page I did. I used MDS starting with a predesigned layout for photos only. I added my photos. then I did not need the other photo boxes so I changed them to pattern paper and added a couple embellishments. About 15 minutes later I have a page done. I think the more I use MDS the easier it will be.

Enjoy!

A brown bag for Dad

This is what the inside of the card looks like. It needs something or does it if it's for a guy. I like the touch that the sanded background stamp added to the card.

Dad is going to like this one. I uses the All holidays stamp set with a twist. It is from MDS. I did not have the baja breeze ink so I selected, re sized and printed in my desired color. The paper is the retiring chocolate chip DSP that I attached to the whisper white card stock then ran through the big shot with the Sizzix texture plate. I do this so the DSP lays nicer. Just a tip from me to you.

Have you ordered your retiring Stamps and more yet? Only 13 more days.

Want a new catalog? Send me an e-mail and I will be happy to get one to you as soon as possible. They are $5 with a $5 coupon when you place your first order in July.

Happy Mother's Day -Late?

I know I am late sharing this but I love the card and had to show it. The flower is from the blossom Party die. This die is great because all of different flower combinations you can come up with. The "Happy Mother's Day is from All Holiday's #114916 but there a twist. The stamped image was to large for my layout so I went into My Digital Studio and made it smaller. Cool! Change the words and you have a wonderful sympathy, birthday or what ever card for your next event.

Halloween & MY Digital Studio?

Yes, I am aware that it is April and we should be thinking SPRING! but I wanted to share these pages of my boys with our new neighbors or did I want to share the layout and cool techniques? I used the Cast a Spell DSP along with Basic Black and Pumpkin Pie cardstock. I used my Digital Studio to create my "Stamped Embellishment".

What I did was open a blank document and placed all the element on the page that I wanted to use. My next step was to change some of the colors and increase the size of some of them to fit them on the Scrapbook pages. Very cool benefit of having the MDS if you ask me.

Have a good day!!

My Digital Studio Sample

HI ALL!
I was playing around with MDS today and this is one of the pages I came up with. I started from scratch with a blank document and added the chocolate chip dsp. To tone the paper down a bit I changed the opacity a bit. The designer paper is from Summer Home and Hoppy Memories. I added some little brad and button on the curly labels and on the moder label. I like the fact that I can resize all my element and photos to fit my page design.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about MDS. If you purchase this you would be qualified for 1 sale-a-bration item. Spend $20 more and you earn a second item and you will get from me a 15% off certificate for your purchases in April. You have until March 29Th at midnight to take advantage of this promotion I am offering.

O' the cute little boys would be mine. This is a photo for Easter a couple years ago. Cole is now 5 1/2 and Owen is now 3. I'm amazed at how different they look now.

I'll share more MDS soon.

Thanks for stopping in today.
