I wanted to share this fun card with you today. I used one of my most favorite techniques that is so simple and changes the look of pattern paper. Embossing pattern paper is the technique. I like the effect of the added perfect polka dots does to the big patten of the DSP. After embossing I gently sanded the paper so the you could see the dots. The scalloped square is made fro the scalloped rectangle cut once then turned an cut again to make the square.
